
[Important] Notice Regarding Termination of Fund Transfer Service and Balance
Refund Procedure
Thank you for your continued use of our fund transfer services.
We will be terminating our fund transfer service and ceasing our fund transfer business
operations on June 30, 2026. If you have any remaining balance with us, please follow
the refund procedure below to request the return of your funds.
• Service Termination Date
(Date of Cessation of Fund Transfer Business Operations)
June 30, 2026
Important:
The final date to send remittances will be June 16, 2026 (until 15:00).
• Refund Request Procedure
Customers with any remaining balance in their account may request a refund.
After completing our prescribed identity verification procedures, we will refund the funds
via bank transfer to a bank account in the customer's own name. We will bear the bank
transfer fees for the refund.
• How to request a refund:

Step 2: Fill out the form completely.
Step 3: Email the completed form to: mrj.operation@metro-rj.co.jp
Step 4: Complete the identity verification process as instructed by MRJ staff.
Once your application and identity verification have been confirmed, we will process your
refund by bank transfer.

July 1, 2026 – September 30, 2026
